Preorders
- Do not go MIA after ordering.- Do not blame us for late arrival.
- Non-refundable nor exchangeable
- For selected items exchange will be available, within 3 days~7days.
- If you wish to cancel your order after you have paid, no refund will be given
- Do not rush me for your items,it takes time.
- All collections must be within 1 week after I have either sent you a text and email, notifying you that your item has arrived,or it will be confiscated and sold as instocks.
Instocks
- Please collect your items within 5 days after ordering.- You are able to pay upon collection.
- Swaps are available, (+$3 on selling price)
Postage
- We are not liable for any loss/damages of items/parcels via Normal Postage through Singpost.- We strongly recommend Registered Postage, however if you find it too expensive and not worth, you could still opt for Normal Postage at your own risk.
Mailing takes place every THURSDAY.

- Letterbox Delivery: $3.50 (Inclusive of 7% GST)
- Doorstep Delivery: $4.50 (Inclusive of 7% GST)
Mailed before 7pm, and receive before the next day 11am.

Supplying
- No Supply Form = No Orders = No Goods- Please include your name, contact number, main and alternate orders when ordering.
- No orders via SMS/Email.
- Please inform me if you do not wish to continue taking supply, otherwise, it would mess up my records.
- No payment upon collection even though I am taking direct supply.
- All collections would be made at FOC places / Postage.
